The desulfurization and denitrification pneumatic conveying system mainly consists of four core parts:

The working principle of the system

First, the airflow is generated by the blower. Then, the desulfurization and denitrification agent (such as limestone powder, baking soda, etc.) is added to the airflow through the feeder. The mixed gas-solid two-phase flow is conveyed through the conveying pipeline to the reaction equipment. In the reaction equipment, the desulfurization and denitrification agent undergoes chemical reactions with sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas, achieving the desulfurization and denitrification effect.
